बिजली के तार
हवा हर समय हिलाती रहती हैं -

The cold pavement -
in hurry steps to the market
she forgets her cares
ठंडा खडंजा -
बाज़ार जाने की जल्दी में
वह अपनी चिंता भूल जाती है




Fresh newspapers -
chinese ink and chrysanthemmums
on a wooden table
ताज़े वर्तमान पत्र -
चीनी स्याही और गुलदाऊदी
एक लकड़ी के मेज़ पर






Shining eyes -
the pale moon light
runs on the way
चमकती आँखें -
फीकी चाँदनी
भाग रही पथ पर






Childhood -
the leaves play on the road
it is here, or it is not
बचपन -
पत्ते सड़क पर खेलते हैं
यहीं हैं या फिर रहे नहीं भी
